February 2005 – Do You Want to Do This the Easy Way or the Hard Way?
Overview:
February 2005 is a month of personal decision. You have been discovering your Identity and setting your Intention. Now you get to choose your level of surrender. Surrendering Big means you surf the waves as they come. Attempting to control your life, or surrendering just a little bit means you’re going to get pummeled by the waves you’re trying to control in your life. Don’t worry, your Intention still rules the day. You’re going to evolve whether you want to or not! But you do have an opportunity in February to choose the easier (although perhaps scarier) path.
Energy of the Month:
February brings a heavy dose of worldwide transformative energies. The Death Rift hanging over Indonesia continues to act as a huge energetic drain. It’s sucking out a lot of old patterns, authoritative tendencies, and illusions of control from this world. It’s cleaning out a lot of negative energy. As we give thanks to those souls who sacrificed (and are sacrificing) to create this healing darkness, we have an opportunity to make the most use of their karmic gift to us.
Is this energy shaking you up? Are you questioning your way of living? Are you re-examining your relationship to wealth, to fear, to your worldwide brothers and sisters? Allow the Death Rift to suck you dry of all patterns and energies that no longer serve your Highest Good. Open yourself, and picture a big vacuum tube powered by the tragedy sucking all that junk out of you. This is the power of Death – Deep surrender and healing.
The energies of February 2005 are about choosing to either surrender to live, or to try to control it. Understand that the magnitude of this worldwide evolution is exponentially rising. And this is the adventure you’re on Earth to experience! You are built for this thing! So stop trying to plan it. It was planned a long time ago. Now is the time to surrender to your Intention and Ride with Joy! For yes, there is great joy in the surrender, and great power. This will be especially tangible with the Hummingbird Full Moon. Remember: True ecstasy comes through surrender.
What to Expect & What to Do:
You may feel crazed with the perceived quickening of time, the rapid-fire opportunities and new experiences presented to you. Instead of thinking a lot, instead of planning everything, instead of obsessing in your overwhelmed state, go to the beach. Breathe. Dance. Do whatever centers and calms you. Focus on your unreasonable Faith that everything will be OK, and, in fact, everything will be GREAT. Take your time. Don’t let time take you over.
