November 2004 The Healing Magic of Joy
Overview:
Joy is the overriding energy of magic, healing, and manifestation in the New Age. Whereas before, we relied on determination, suffering, and hard work to win health and abundance, in this new world, we accomplish all through Joy! In November 2004, we begin to relish this delicious energy and access the power of Joy in our lives.
Energy of the Month:
After an introspective journey in October, we are refreshed with energies of Joy. November brings a refreshing dip in the cool Ocean of Joy on the journey. This form of joy is not the over-done pre-holiday rush you feel around you, flashing with glittery exuberance over consumer-driven shopping frenzy. This true Joy is the undercurrent you feel, a swelling of the heart, a feeling of being carried along on an optimistic current that speaks to the Truth. Despite appearances in the world, things are getting better and better! Your Heart Wisdom knows it is true.
What to Expect:
If you slow down long enough to experience this wave, you will feel the new energies of Joy downloading in November. This awareness of our constant bliss brings immediate and extraordinary healing to the body, mind, and spirit this month. Expect healing without effort when you are in this state of authentic Joy.
What to Do:
Choose Joy.
When the critical voice inside tries to convince you that others are to blame, lovingly laugh at this inner-critic, and tell him everything is fine.
When you feel joy creep into your heart, Accept it. Feed it. Swell your chest with this Joy. Do not push Joy away out of habit or fear of eventual disappointment.
Avoid commercial holiday trappings, which are stuck in the old energy of neediness and scarcity. Avoid malls, florescent lighting, frenetic sales, and especially TV. These all block the new Joy energies. Dont buy in this season. Practice healthy detachment, so that you can tune in and connect with the authentic celebration of the community.

I release all blocks to Joy NOW.
I choose to live in authentic Joy.
I am healed with Joy in my heart.
