What is Shamanic Healing?
Shamanic Healing is the art of advocating for another, with their consent and strong intention, in the realm of spirit and soul. While it may seem strange or crazy in the current Western culture that focuses almost entirely on the physical plane, our ancestors and our belly-wisdom remember this to be possible and natural, a divine gift.
Shamanic practice is most often attributed to Native American or other indigenous people, simply because they lived close to natural and earth-based symbolism, and by nature, relied and respected psychic gifts and the mystery of soul healing. But the words shaman, shamanic, and shamanism are not culture-specific ˇV they simply refer to the art of walking in both spirit world and the physical dimension of earth, and this is available in all places, all cultures, and all communities.
A shamanic healer is guided by the higher intelligence (Symbolized as Spirit, God, Spirit Guides˙ that which is Love and Wisdom in Essence) to contact another personˇ¦s etheric, energy, or soul body, and to affect change according to that personˇ¦s intentions in alignment with the Highest Good.
Shamanic Healing helps the receiver feel more empowered, more in alignment with their natural gifts, and more connected to spirit directly. If shamanic practices are used without a receiverˇ¦s consent, or for intentions that are not intended for the highest good, this could be seen as sorcery, and is not supported by the natural laws of love, nor by any practitioner of integrity. A shamanic healing should leave a receiver feeling deeply seen and acknowledged, lighter, and more full of life.
This is an ancient practice, and it relies on the integrity as well as the psychic gifts of the facilitator to walk in both the lands of matter and spirit simultaneously and in balance. The facilitator navigates the symbolic and rich landscape of the spirit world through non-typical consciousness or trance, and then effectively translates the wisdom and healing into effective practical wisdom and healing in the physical world ˇV healing that the receiver can intuitively sense and feel in their life.
